The Restaurant

The Moulin de Saint Vérand is housed in a former mill, an attractive and fully renovated building featuring open stonework. The hotel includes:

• A rustic restaurant with a charming fireplace, great for winter,
  
  
• A fully glazed gallery used both in winter and summer, offering guests the opportunity to admire the leafy grounds and the swimming pool while enjoying their meals,
  
  
• A summer terrace, perfect for dining in the fine weather alongside the Préty, a small stream bordering the grounds and the terrace,
  
  
• A relaxation and function room, in the older part of the mill, where you unwind with friends or family and enjoy a glass of Saint-Véran, a marc de Bourgogne or any other tipple of your choosing. This room is also used for seminars or meals for family and association events.
